Product Details:

Insulating Tube With Special Shape Is Made Of Fiberglass Cloth Or Fiberglass Yarn Impregnated With Special Resin. It Is Mainly Used As Insulating Structural Spares In Electrical Equipment Like Small-Sized Transformer And Reactors.

Special-shaped insulating tube is tube-like laminated products with non-circular cross-section, which is made of fiberglass cloth or fiberglass yarn, soaked in special resin with high temperature resistance, and then rolled, baked and cured under heat and hot pressing. It has higher mechanical property, dielectric property and excellent machinability.

The pipe has high mechanical and dielectric properties, and has good high temperature resistance. It can work for a long time under the working environment of 180 °C

Product Application

  • For insulating structural spares in electrical equipment (like small-sized transformer and reactors)
  • For insulating structural parts in H-class motors, electrical equipment
